Begin Again: A 4-Week Journey Into Presence, Peace & Resilience

We’re delighted to introduce a new 4-week meditation series led by Longév’s very own registered massage therapist, Amy

Imagine starting your week not with a racing mind and endless to-do lists, but with a deep exhale. A moment of grounding. A sense of being fully alive, balanced, and ready to move through life’s waves with steadiness. That’s what this 4-week meditation series offers you—not just a class, but a recalibration.

We live in a world that constantly pulls us outward, scattering our energy in every direction. This experience is an invitation to come home to yourself. To learn practices that not only soothe you in the moment, but also build an inner resilience you can return to again and again, no matter what life throws your way. These are skills that last a lifetime.

 This isn’t about sitting in silence and hoping your mind will magically go quiet. Instead, we weave together powerful, practical, and soulful techniques designed to meet the real demands of everyday life. You’ll experience:

  • Breathwork that clears the fog and awakens your energy
  • Meditation that steadies your mind and reconnects you with presence
  • Mindfulness practices that transform small daily moments into anchors of peace

Through Kundalini meditation methods, guided visualization, and EFT (tapping), you’ll unlock tools that not only ground you but also help you rewrite old patterns and step into clarity.

The beauty of these practices is that they don’t end when the class does. You’ll notice them in the in-between moments—when a stressful conversation suddenly feels easier, when you catch yourself breathing instead of spiraling, when focus comes effortlessly.

The first session begins on Monday, September 29th at 7pm and continues for four weeks. One hour each week. A sacred pause, a powerful reset, and a playful yet profound journey into yourself. Weekly sessions: September 29, October 6, 20 and 27th. We will not have the class on Thanksgiving Monday.
